- I always knew my mom had the best of care—beautiful facility and caring staff. They do have different sections based on the patient’s needs and preferred environment. Having a loved one in a nursing home is an emotional experience, and the employees here understand the family’s needs as well as the patient’s needs and are very organized.
- Just transferred my grandma to Kei Ai Los Angeles from two hours away. It’s a great place for Japanese elderly, in my opinion. Everyone is friendly, the facility is clean, just a wonderful place compared to where she was before. Nursing staff varies in ethnicities but they speak words or phrases in Japanese to their patients. I love it.
- This is the cleanest facility I have ever been in—even better than some hospitals. The staff are exceptional. All very friendly and very competent. I have spent time there with my mom and have observed this first hand. The administrative staff are very friendly and genuinely helpful. I appreciate this, because sometimes it gets complicated dealing with situations regarding finances. They know everything and how it all works, andwork with me as a team for my mom’s care. Same with the nurses—they are amazing people. I respect them and their skills with people. This place definitely puts the well-being and comfort and safety of the residents first, and you can feel it when you walk in there. I love it and would recommend Kei Ai Los Angeles to anyone.
- My father had a stroke over a year ago and is suffering from Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. This is THE place for someone in his position. Some of the staff speak Japanese, which brings some comfort to him, some familiarity. I cannot imagine what his world is like. Yet, the staff here are very patient and understanding. Monthly meetings are held with my mother and they are very concise and thorough with going over every detail about my father’s daily state. They are very good in calling my Mother with matters concerning his health and well being. Very clean, friendly and they have many activities the patients can participate in.
